1. Acceptance of terms

By connecting to the Azura SMP server or using this website, you unconditionally agree to these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Server access

Access to the Azura SMP server is open to anyone aged 13 or over with a valid Minecraft account (premium or not).

The team reserves the right to suspend or ban any account that violates the server rules, without prior notice or refund.

3. Server rules

Use of the server is subject to the server rules. Violations may result in a warning, mute, kick or permanent ban.

4. Content and behaviour

It is prohibited to share any illegal, offensive, discriminatory or rights-infringing content. The team may remove non-compliant content without notice.

5. Service availability

Azura SMP is a voluntary community project. No guarantee of continuous availability is offered. The server may be interrupted, modified or shut down at any time.

6. In-game purchases

Any shop purchases are final. No refund will be issued in the event of server closure. Ranks and benefits purchased are non-transferable.

7. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law.
