Drones & Defenses
Drones are flying devices that you craft, upgrade, and send toward precise coordinates. There are two types: the attack drone, which explodes on its target, and the delivery drone, which drops off a chest of items. Two defenses exist against them: the flak (manual fire) and the turret (automatic fire).

1. Components
A drone is assembled from 3 components, each available in 3 tiers. The higher the tier, the better the performance. Components are crafted in the Components tab of the Station.

2. Assembling a drone
At the Ballistic Station, open the Drone Assembly interface (Ender chest button). Three slots await you there.
- 1 Choose the mode at the top of the interface: Attack or Delivery.
- 2 Place your 3 components: Thruster (left), Battery (middle), then Warhead or Cargo Hold on the right depending on the chosen mode.
- 3 You also need in your inventory: 4 TNT for an attack drone, or 1 chest for a delivery drone.
- 4 Click "Assemble": your drone appears in your inventory.
You can freely mix tiers across components, for example Thruster III plus Battery I plus Warhead II. The drone's name shows the tiers used.
3. Launching a drone
- 1 Hold the drone in your hand.
- 2 Delivery drones only: Shift plus right click to open the cargo hold and place the items to deliver. An empty delivery drone refuses to take off.
- 3 Right click to trigger the coordinates prompt.
- 4 Type in chat
X Zto target ground level at that spot, orX Y Zto target a precise height (example:1200 10 1200). - 5 The drone takes off, automatically flies over obstacles along its path, then dives onto its target.

An attack drone's explosion destroys nearby blocks, except obsidian, bedrock, crying obsidian, reinforced deepslate, turrets, and admin zones. It also hurts nearby players, with damage decreasing based on distance.
When a drone approaches, targeted clan members nearby receive an alert.
4. Defending: the flak (manual fire)
The flak is a special crossbow used to manually shoot down a drone targeting your clan. Crafted in the Drone & Defense tab.

Right clicking with the flak consumes 4 gunpowder and attempts to shoot down a drone targeting your clan, based on the interception chance of the tier used. On a miss, the gunpowder is lost and the drone continues on its way.
5. Defending: the turret (automatic fire)
The turret is a passive defense: once placed, it fires on its own, with no ammunition needed, at enemy drones approaching your clan. Expensive to build, but free to use. Crafted in the Drone & Defense tab.

Keep in mind:
- It needs a clear sky above it. A block covering it prevents it from firing.
- It fires a real projectile (visible TNT): on a hit, the drone explodes with no damage to the surroundings; on a miss, the projectile explodes higher up in the sky.
- It respects its reload time, so a fast drone can slip through between two shots.
- A drone's explosion cannot destroy it, but a missile can.
- You can break it by hand to recover it with its tier intact.
6. Good to know
Persistence: a drone in flight during a server restart resumes its trajectory afterward, even if no one is nearby.
Swarming: there is no delay between drone launches. The real limit is the cost of the components. The common tactic is to send several in a row, one opening a breach for the next.
Flak or turret: the flak is cheap but requires you to be present and aim well. The turret is expensive to build, but defends on its own at all times.
